Social Sharing

This page covers all of the available options relating to the social sharing area. These are displayed at the bottom of any singular post or page if enabled.

  • Social Share Icons - These allow your visitors to share articles from your site with their audience on other social media platforms.

    • Enable Social Sharing? - Switch this on to allow social sharing on all posts (can be disabled for individual pages.).

  • Social Media Channels - Choose which specific social media channels you want to allow your visitors to share with.

    • Share on Facebook - The article can be posted to their Facebook feed.

    • Share on Twitter - The article can be posted to their Twitter feed.

    • Share on LinkedIn - The article can be posted to their LinkedIn feed.

    • Share on Pinterest - The article can be posted to their Pinterest feed.

    • Share via Email - The article can be emailed to another person.

  • Twitter Share Text - This is the text used along with a link to the article whenever a user shares it on Twitter. Only plain text is allowed.

  • Email Share Text - This text is used in the "Subject" field if an article is shared via email. If this is left blank, then the post or page title will be used instead.
