If you want to display an Instagram feed on your site, we recommend using the Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin. If you've followed the chapter on installing plugins, you should already have this installed and activated. If not, please read through this chapter first.
You'll need an active Instagram account for this to work properly and at least a few images posted on your feed. Navigate to Instagram Feed > Settings from your WordPress dashboard, and you'll be taken to the following page:
From here you can connect your Instagram account and configure your feed's settings. If you want the same layout as in the demo, then you'll need to click on the Customize tab and set the following values.
Width of Feed = 100%
Number of Photos = 8
Number of Columns = 8
Padding Around Images = 0 (or leave empty)
Header Size = Small
Show Bio Text = Checked
Add Custom Bio Text = Follow us on Instagram!
Show the "Load More" button = Unchecked
Show the "Follow" button = Unchecked
Don't forget to click on Save Changes when you're finished.
