Promotional Boxes Area

This page covers all of the available options relating to the promotional boxes area. This is typically displayed on the homepage but can also be added to any page.

Heads Up! The customizer settings for this area will only take effect if no static page has been set as the homepage. If a static page has been set, you'll find these settings at the bottom of the page edit screen instead.

The "Promotional Boxes Area" panel

• Enable This Area?* - Toggle this switch to enable or disable this area completely.

• Section Heading Text* - Enter the optional text to display as the header for this section. Only plain text is allowed here.

• Background Settings* - Use these settings to configure a background for this area. Any images used should be 1920px wide for best results.

• Top & Bottom Border Settings* - Use these settings to set the thickness and style for the borders at the top and bottom of this area.

• Vertical Spacing Settings* - This setting refers to the amount of space at the top and bottom of this area, specifically the padding. The value is in pixels (px).

• Column Layout* - Select the number of columns to display the boxes in. Two columns will show larger boxes, whereas four columns will show smaller ones. This setting is only applicable for desktop views. On a mobile display, the columns will collapse into a single column.

• Promotional Boxes* - Add or remove your promotional boxes. You can also drag the boxes up and down to re-order them. Up to 12 can be added at any one time.

  • Label Text - This is displayed in the centre of each box. Only plain text is allowed here.

  • Background Image - Use this setting to upload a background image for this box. The recommended size should be 960x640px.

  • Link URL - Enter the URL that the user will be taken to when clicked on. You can also choose to open the link in a new tab.

Tip: The settings marked with * are also available on other pages when editing the page itself.
